Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what arrives. If something isn't right, talk to us — we're a small family and we'll make it right.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Food safety note

As our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened packets for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product was faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
