Cancellation and Refund

At Nature’s Gold Farms, we value transparency and fairness.

1. Cancellations:

   • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund.

   • Cancellation requests beyond 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund as we begin prepping and packing your order for shipping.

2. Refunds:

   • For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Due to the nature of our farm-fresh and handcrafted products, we cannot accept returns and initiate refunds once the product has been shipped and delivered.
